Engineering is the core of what I do. Everything else is context for doing it well.
I’m Mostafa Nouh, a full-stack developer and product builder based in Egypt, working remotely with businesses and teams across digital products, websites and e-commerce.
My work sits at the intersection of engineering, interface implementation, performance and product thinking. In practice that means I own a project end to end: the requirements conversation, the structure, the build, the responsive and RTL behaviour, the performance work, and the part nobody puts in a portfolio — keeping it working afterwards.
Over the past years I’ve worked across agency projects, business websites, WooCommerce stores, responsive Arabic experiences and technical optimization. Most of that delivery has been on WordPress and WooCommerce, which is where the commercial depth is — and alongside it I build with React, Next.js and TypeScript, which is where the product work lives.
Today, alongside my professional development work, I’m building XORV AnswerRank — a SaaS product focused on AI visibility for brands. It is the reason I describe myself as a product builder rather than only a developer: the measurement model, the data layer, the application logic and the interface are all mine.
I care about products that are technically sound, visually clear and commercially useful.
The same sequence, whether it’s a store or a product.
Most site problems are decided before any code is written. This is where they get decided.
- 01
Understand the business problem
What the site is for, who it has to convince, and what a good outcome actually looks like. Requirements first, layout second.
- 02
Structure the experience
Page structure, navigation and content hierarchy before any visual work — so the build has a shape to hold on to.
- 03
Build the right system
Theme, template or custom code, chosen for what the project will need six months from now. Custom sections where defaults would fight the design.
- 04
Test across devices
Real breakpoints, real browsers, RTL where it applies. Mobile is designed, not shrunk.
- 05
Optimize speed and usability
Images, caching, CDN and Core Web Vitals — plus the smaller usability problems that only show up once the site is real.
- 06
Ship and maintain
Launch, then stay responsible for it: fixes, performance, plugin and hosting issues, and the changes the business asks for next.
Engineering is only one part of a good digital product.
A site can be technically correct and still fail the business it was built for. I work across the parts that decide that.
That context is what I bring to engineering decisions. It is not a second job title.
- User experience
- What a visitor is trying to do, and whether the interface lets them do it without thinking about it.
- Technical implementation
- Code and structure that hold up under change — not a layout that only works the day it launches.
- Performance
- Speed as a feature. Caching, images, CDN and Core Web Vitals treated as part of the build, not a cleanup pass.
- SEO & structure
- Site structure, headings and technical hygiene that let the pages be found — decided during the build.
- Conversion
- The commercial path through the page: what is being asked, where, and how much friction sits in front of it.
- Maintainability
- The next person — often me — has to change this. Structure that makes the second year cheaper than the first.

Looking for someone who can own the build?
The résumé, the CV and six written case studies are all on this site. Read them before the call, and the call gets shorter.
I read every message myself and reply within one working day — usually with a question or two before anything else, because a scope worth quoting needs them answered.
