Context
Innovo Production is the agency I work for, and its own website is a working asset rather than a one-off delivery: it has to present the company, keep its structure legible to search engines, and keep changing as the business does.
This is the project I own continuously rather than hand over — development and maintenance both.
Challenge
A corporate site that is edited often tends to drift: sections get added that the theme was never designed for, structure loosens, and speed quietly degrades.
The work was to build sections beyond what the default templates offered while keeping the site's structure and performance under control over time.
My role
- Developed and maintained the company website.
- Built custom WordPress sections.
- Implemented responsive layouts.
- Kept the site structure SEO-oriented.
- Kept the site fast and up to date.
Approach
- 01
Structure
Page and content structure decided first, so headings and navigation reflect how the business actually describes itself.
- 02
Build
Custom WordPress sections written in HTML, CSS and JavaScript where the default templates would have forced a compromise.
- 03
Implement responsively
Responsive layouts implemented across breakpoints as part of each section, not retrofitted afterwards.
- 04
Maintain
Ongoing maintenance — updates, fixes and changes the business needs — with the structure kept intact.
Technical work
- Custom sections
- Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript sections inside WordPress, used where the theme's building blocks were the wrong shape for the content.
- Responsive implementation
- Layout behaviour defined per section, with cross-browser checking across devices.
- SEO-oriented structure
- Site structure, page hierarchy and on-page technical hygiene handled during development rather than as a later audit.
- Continuous maintenance
- Keeping the site fast and current — the part of the work that has no launch date.
Interface & UX
- A company site is a sales surface
- Structure and hierarchy were treated as the point of the page — what the company does should be legible before anything is scrolled.
- Sections that survive editing
- Custom sections built so that content changes do not break the layout they live in.
Outcome
- Developed and maintained the corporate website with custom WordPress sections.
- Delivered responsive implementation across the site.
- Kept the site structure SEO-oriented.
- Kept the site fast and up to date as an ongoing responsibility.

Have a site or store that needs to work better?
Tell me what is happening and on which page. A diagnosis is a useful first deliverable on its own.
I read every message myself and reply within one working day — usually with a question or two before anything else, because a scope worth quoting needs them answered.
