Full-Stack Web Development

The expensive failures in web projects usually happen at handoffs — between the person who decided the structure, the person who built the interface and the person who has to keep it running. I take projects end to end so those seams do not exist.

Who this is for

Businesses and agencies that would rather brief one developer who owns the outcome.

Problems

What this actually solves.

Requirements lost in translation
What the business asked for and what got built drift apart when nobody owns both conversations.
A design that cannot be built as drawn
Interface implementation is where design decisions meet real content, real breakpoints and real browsers. Someone has to resolve that honestly.
Launch treated as the finish line
The site that launches and the site that is still fast six months later are different pieces of work.
What’s included
  • Requirements to launch ownership
  • Site and information architecture
  • Interface implementation from design concepts
  • Front-end engineering — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js
  • Back-end work — PHP, Laravel, WordPress
  • Responsive and RTL implementation
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals
  • Technical SEO structure
  • Troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance
Approach

How the work runs.

  1. Understand

What the project is for, who it has to convince, what a good outcome looks like.

  2. Structure

Page structure, navigation and content hierarchy before any visual work.

  3. Build

The right system for what the project will need in a year, not what is fastest this week.

  4. Test, optimize, ship, maintain

Real devices, real browsers, then speed and usability — then staying responsible for it afterwards.

Quality

What “done well” means here.

One person accountable
No handoff gaps, and no question that has to wait for a different specialist to answer.
Maintainable by design
Structure chosen so the second year of the project is cheaper than the first.
Questions

Questions people actually ask.

WordPress or a custom build — how do you decide?
By who has to change it and how often. A business website whose content changes weekly belongs on WordPress. An application with its own data model and logic does not. Choosing the wrong one is expensive in both directions.
Do you work with an existing design, or design it too?
Both happen. I implement from design concepts regularly, and I can design the interface where there is no designer. Design is a capability that makes me a better developer — it is not my primary title.
Contact

Have a site or store that needs to work better?

Tell me what is happening and on which page. A diagnosis is a useful first deliverable on its own.

I read every message myself and reply within one working day — usually with a question or two before anything else, because a scope worth quoting needs them answered.
