How I work remotely
- Project ownership
- I take work from requirements through to launch and keep owning it afterwards. The value of a remote developer is largely in how few things have to be escalated.
- Asynchronous by default
- Written updates, clear handoffs and decisions recorded where the team can read them later. A meeting is the fallback, not the process.
- Overlapping hours where it matters
- Egypt overlaps European hours fully and Gulf hours almost fully. I am available for collaboration aligned to U.S. EST hours where an engagement requires it.
- Tooling that leaves a trail
- Trello, Slack, Loom, Git and shared drives — chosen so a decision can be found again six months later without asking anyone.

This website is part of that evidence. It is statically rendered, bilingual with a first-class Arabic tree, built without an animation library, and everything it claims can be checked against a page on it.
